Consulting Services for Schools and Districts

Conducting needs assessments – Using a partnership approach with leaders, develop a protocol for identifying needs for school and district improvement efforts.
Data analysis and interpretation – Given quantitative and/or qualitative student and community data, identify trends, patterns, gaps, and overlaps in data that can be discussed in the school and district improvement planning process.
Facilitation of program evaluation – By combining the two data points above, facilitate conversations that evaluate the quality and perceived effectiveness of current programs to establish improvement outcomes for further work
